Heart Health

Yoga poses stretch your muscles and increase your range of motion. It lowers blood pressure and slows the heart rate, which promotes healthy heart function. The twisting poses are known to flush the lymphatic system, wringing out toxins and stimulating gland function.


Yoga is not a passive exercise. Each pose targets a group of muscles and even the simplest poses done properly tone muscles in the upper and lower body.
